Safe area (non-hazardous industrial) product: We also work with standard industrial equipment, from one-off push-button control stations, to large-scale assemblies

Sub-contract assembly and troubleshooting: Design & assembly of custom solutions - reducing on-site labour time, errors, inventory and shipping as well as sub-assembly of components allowing for modular builds etc

LASER CUTTER

An extremely versatile tool, used for making panel labels, cable identification markers, custom assembly jigs and much, much more. Can cut most non-metallic materials

THERMAL PRINTER

Used for printing of cable markers, including heat shrink and other labelling requirements

AUTO CABLE PREP

Helps reduce assembly times whilst ensuring consistent quality across our assemblies.

3D
PRINTING

Used for rapid prototyping, jig manufacture and countless other previously impossible jobs.

AUTO CABLE CRIMP

Used in conjunction with our automatic cable stripper, this ensures all crimps are assembled using the correct crimping force, ensuring accuracy and eliminating errors.

ON-SITE TOOLING

Used in conjunction with our in-house 3D CAD enables us to react quickly to customer needs and reduces the need to out-source custom parts, thus reducing lead-times.
